To confirm your order on Oveej, payment must be completed within 30 minutes of placing the order.
If payment is not received within 30 minutes, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and prepared for delivery.
2. Label Creation Policy
For label services:

The customer must pay the label fee by adding the label product to the cart.

After checkout, customers must send the payment to the provided bank account.

Once payment is verified, your label will be created according to the details you provided.

Your completed label will be delivered to your email within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for incorrect information submitted by the customer.
